We are a small Florida litigation boutique seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and prepare case analysis
- Manage case files and litigation deadlines
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, witnesses, and experts
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
- Assist with trial strategy and trial preparation
Qualifications
- Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Litigation experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage multiple matters effectively
- Professional, self-directed, and team-oriented
