BASIC POSITION DUTIES:
- Leads and coordinates activities of the Receiving Department to meet organizational objectives in the areas of productivity, quality, employee relations, safety, continuous improvement and equipment utilization.
JOB DUTIES:
- Assignment and coordination of Receiving Associates.
- Ensures equipment operation in compliance with established procedures.
- Training Production Associates.
- Leads continuous improvement and APS activities.
- Promotes and maintains good working relationships with assigned groups.
- Ensures timely updates of ASN’s and Ford’s DDU Program.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Graduate.
- Additional education beyond high school preferred.
- Leadership and/or Team building training helpful.
SPECIAL SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
