This role plays an active part in an office work environment coordinating driver activity, preparing and dispatching loads, and reviewing and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate professionally with both internal teams and customers. **Schedule:** Tuesday - Friday, 7:30pm - 6:00am **Pay:** $21.79/hour $3.00 shift differential = $24.79/hour **Major Responsibilities:** Receive and dispatch drivers in a timely manner. Prepare, manifest, and dispatch outbound loads correctly. Coordinate driver activity with the dock to ensure timely receiving of inbound loads. Maintain organized filing system (electronic and paper). Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation. Support general office tasks as needed. **Qualifications:** 2 years of general office experience required 1 year of customer service experience required High School diploma or equivalent required Previous shipping/receiving clerk experience highly preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required BlueYonder, CMMS, Clearchain, and Sharepoint experience preferred Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening. **Physical Requirements:** -The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
