Job Overview
We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for a 13-week travel assignment in Holyoke, Colorado. This opportunity is suitable for nurses with experience in Emergency Room, Med-Surg, Ortho, Adult Med-Surg, or Floor Nursing.
Candidates must be flexible to work day or night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care.
- Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
- Educate patients and families regarding care and treatment.
- Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide care across Med-Surg and Emergency Department settings as assigned.
Requirements
- Current, active Colorado RN license required.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS required.
- PALS required.
- TNCC required.
- Spanish-speaking/bilingual candidates preferred.
- Previous nursing experience preferred; candidates with less than 1 year of experience may be considered.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Schedule
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 40 guaranteed hours per week.
- Holiday coverage required.
- No on-call requirement.
Compensation
- $60/hour All-Inclusive
- Overtime after 40 hours/week
- Holiday rate: $10/hour
- Call-back rate: $10/hour
- No on-call requirement.
- No mileage reimbursement.
- No bonuses listed.
- 1099 not accepted.
