Experience & Qualifications:
- 3 years of warehouse operations management or distribution center supervision experience.
- Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory flow, and distribution best practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with employees and customers.
- Experience ensuring compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees or customers.
- Collaborate with management and customers to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Apply warehouse management best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory movement.
- Support department activities such as replenishment, order fulfillment, shipping preparation, and inventory‑related tasks to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor workflow in real time and adjust priorities, staffing, and task assignments based on volume and operational demands.
- Delegate work to associates to balance workloads, support development, and meet productivity, accuracy, and service‑level expectations.
- Oversee team operations to ensure projects and tasks are completed on time and within budget.
