We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with strong manual machining abilities and experience operating a wide range of machining equipment. The ideal candidate can read and interpret technical drawings, perform precise measurements, and complete machining operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all quality and safety codes.
• Ensure all machinery is in proper working condition.
• Set up and perform progressive machining operations on lathes, mills, CNC machines, grinders, presses, cutters, threaders, and polishing equipment.
• Use calipers, gages, verniers, optical comparators, and other precision tools to ensure parts meet close‑tolerance requirements.
• Maintain high quality standards while meeting established productivity and efficiency goals.
• Immediately report equipment, process, safety, or product issues; notify supervisors of tooling or consumable needs.
• Perform experimental or developmental machining under engineering guidance.
• Set up CNC machines independently with accuracy and efficiency.
• Interpret GD&T, blueprints, and manufacturing drawings to ensure proper machining operations.
• Select tooling, determine speeds/feeds, and establish machining strategies.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
• Ability to perform emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and scheduled maintenance during machine service.
• Ability to understand and properly use fixtures and tooling.
