We are seeking a proven manufacturing leader to drive transformation, operational excellence, and global supply chain strategy across our enterprise. This role will oversee factory operations, continuous improvement initiatives, ERP optimization, and new product introduction, while building a culture of accountability, quality, and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Expertise in ISO/IATF quality management systems.
- Provide oversight for manufacturing transfers across regions, ensuring continuity, cost efficiency, and quality.
- Oversees equipment purchase, maintenance and layout.
- Oversee production schedule; assign and oversee all projects.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 80/20 methodologies to simplify operations, reduce variation, and improve yields.
- Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to stabilize processes, expand capacity, and integrate new technologies.
- Estimate costs and follow budgets accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s of Science
- Directs and oversees an organization’s manufacturing processes
- 10 years of progressive leadership in global manufacturing operations, including multi-site oversight.
- Demonstrated success in operational turnarounds, factory transformations, and restructuring initiatives.
- Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Strong ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics; Infor SyteLine preferred).
- Proven ability to lead manufacturing transfers, outsourcing, and global footprint optimization.
- Background in supply chain strategy, procurement, and logistics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
