Screw Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints to ensure all dimensions and specifications are met, maintaining high standards of quality and production
• Operate a minimum of two multi-spindle screw machines while meeting established quality and production rate requirements
• Sharpen and maintain basic cutting tools, including cutoff blades, form tools, shave tools, and drills
• Monitor and maintain proper machine fluid levels
• Interpret and analyze SPC charts and quality data to ensure process control and product consistency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment in accordance with safety standards
• Perform additional duties and assignments as required
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and precision gaging
• Prior experience operating multi-spindle screw machines
