Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are executed efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review.
Experience
- Project management experience in a production environment, contract manufacturing experience a must.
- Prior project management experience (3 years) is a must
- Project management experience managing multiple projects at once
- Ability to work with multiple different departments (who have different priorities) who have very different personalities to execute projects
- Strong experience with customer facing and external customers
