Quality Assurance(3rd Shift)
The Quality Assurance Technician supports daily QA/QC operations by performing equipment calibration, executing product testing, reviewing production documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality, supporting investigations, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain calibration of quality control equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of testing results.
- Conduct product testing, including analyses required for complaint investigations and product disposition.
- Report deviations and ensure all issues are addressed and resolved prior to issuing approvals.
- Write and review SOPs to support operational and compliance requirements.
- Participate in internal audit programs to ensure readiness and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels and anticipating needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by complying with all safety rules, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in QA or QC within a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
- Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective cross‑department communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with QA/QC systems.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
