Responsibilities
- Design, enhance, and innovate equipment solutions to address complex customer challenges.
- Resolve mechanical and system control issues, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Support sales and leadership with equipment quotes, contractor evaluations, and cost‑saving initiatives
- Maintain strong client communication for satisfaction and travel to vendors to assess new equipment solutions
- Provide staffing and oversight for new and existing production applications, including project closeouts
Qualifications
- Requires an advance technical degree plus a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience or Master’s degree.
- Hands‑on mechanical or electrical expertise, with the ability to understand and troubleshoot both disciplines
- Proven ability to develop solutions for new and existing production applications, including equipment improvements and process optimization
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, plant personnel, and management to drive successful project outcomes.
- Highly organized, responsive, proactive, and an excellent communicator (written and verbal) with strong teamwork and follow‑through skills
