Job Summary: The Production Supervisor coordinates daily manufacturing operations by leading production teams to meet established SOPs, output, cost, quality, and waste-reduction targets. This role ensures efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment by monitoring production flow and making real-time adjustments as needed. The Supervisor oversees quality and quantity of output while enforcing safety standards and ensuring all equipment is operated properly to support consistent, on-time production. As a Production Supervisor, You Will: Ensure all plant safety objectives and protocols are met and consistently enforced Maintain a clean, organized plant floor and proactively eliminate safety hazards Review workplace incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of production staff Ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations and promptly report safety concerns Foster a collaborative team environment to support operational and performance goals Meet or exceed established quality standards and production expectations Manage labor efficiently to meet or outperform labor cost targets Monitor employee performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching as needed Administer disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and procedures Track employee attendance, review time-off requests, and ensure accurate timecard approvals Support production operations directly by assisting on the line when required Prepare and analyze production reports to identify issues and drive improvements Perform additional duties as assigned to support plant operations Skills/Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment; injection molding, concrete, assembly, or chemical production preferred 3-5 years of experience operating complex machinery and providing frontline leadership to production teams Hands-on experience across multiple areas of the production line; experience within company job levels preferred Strong mechanical aptitude with solid mathematical skills Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environments Demonstrated experience operating complex and potentially hazardous equipment safely and efficiently Education: High School Diploma or GED required Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid Time Off Retirement plan Vision insurance Life insurance Salary: $65K-$80K annually Ask for: Hersha Dwyer Job Id: 25660 Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
