As a Process Engineer, You Will
- Responsible for sustaining and improving wet etch processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment by monitoring and controlling process performance, troubleshooting yield and quality issues, and implementing process enhancements to eliminate bottlenecks.
- This role supports the installation and qualification of new tools and technologies, participates in process and technology transfers, and leads small to medium projects and task teams.
- Works closely with Integration and Quality organizations to ensure stable, efficient, and high-performing manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of wet etch principles, theories, concepts, and processing techniques
- Hands-on experience with Akrion, DNS, SEZ, and/or Semitool wet etch tools and processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively in a global team environment
- Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE), data analysis, and statistical software such as JMP
- Familiarity with PROMIS WIP management systems preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of wet etch process engineering experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred
- Six Sigma certification preferred
- Experience with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies preferred
