Responsibilities
- Oversee daily valet and parking operations — ensuring smooth traffic flow, proper vehicle handling, and consistent service standards
- Manage and supervise staff — hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating valet attendants and shift leads.
- Maintain strong customer service — ensuring hotel guests receive high‑quality service and resolving any escalated issues
- Handle financial and administrative tasks — payroll, budgeting, revenue reporting, and monitoring operational costs
- Ensure safety and compliance — enforcing safety procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with company and property policies
- Build and maintain client relationships — serving as the main point of contact for hotel management and property owners
Qualifications
- Must have 10 years of Hospitality/ Valet experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally Leadership and team‑building abilities — capable of motivating and managing a diverse staff
- Financial and administrative skills — experience with budgeting, payroll, and basic reporting
Salary: $80k - $100k Bonus
