Responsibilities
- Estimate and prepare quotes for service work based on customer requests
- Plan, organize, and execute field service activities to meet project requirements
- Ensure crews have the proper tools, materials, permits, and resources to complete work efficiently
- Maintain a safe work environment by ensuring all tasks follow OSHA safety standards
- Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and crew members to ensure high‑quality work that meets customer expectations
Qualifications
- Must have at least 5 years of TIG welding experience
- Strong knowledge of welding operations, including tooling, materials, and proper techniques, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership ability with experience directing multi‑worker service projects and working independently with minimal supervision
- Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience and familiarity with industries such as food, beverage, dairy, personal care, or pharmaceuticals
