Responsibilities
- Lead the full warranty process—from claim intake to resolution—while ensuring policy compliance and accurate financial tracking
- Analyze warranty data to spot trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities for products and processes
- Collaborate across engineering, quality, customer service, and external partners to resolve recurring issues and strengthen product reliability
- Develop and manage warranty policies, documentation, reporting, and training for internal teams and external partners
- Provide strong team leadership by coaching staff, setting recovery goals, and building dashboards and metrics to drive performance
Qualifications
- 3 years of hands‑on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repair experience in forklift, automotive, or field service roles
- A&P or ASE certifications preferred for stronger technical credibility
- Experience with robotics, autonomous systems, or advanced tech platforms is a major advantage
- Background in material‑handling equipment or similar industries strongly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
