Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production goals
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10–30 production employees
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Deep knowledge of production management
- LEAN tools and continuous improvement
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Outstanding communication ability
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
