Responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of products, quality systems, and manufacturing workflows
- Contribute to new product launches, tooling design, and process validation
- Implement Lean/Six Sigma practices, reduce re‑work, and enhance efficiency across shifts
- Manage wire drawing, knitting, and respooling while ensuring safety, quality, and throughput
- Develop multi‑shift teams, foster accountability, and partner cross‑functionally to deliver improvements
Qualification
- A Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering degree
- Strong technical background with knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems
- Skilled in Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards a plus
