Responsibilities
- Leads full‑cycle recruiting and onboarding to secure high‑quality manufacturing talent and support workforce growth
- Manages employee records, benefits, and compensation programs while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance
- Administers FAA/DOT drug‑testing processes while maintaining strict adherence to multi‑level employment‑law requirements
- Coordinates employee training, certifications, and development initiatives to strengthen skills and support organizational readiness
- Develops HR policies and advises leadership and employees, serving as a trusted partner on HR matters and workplace issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline a plus
- 5 years of progressive, multi‑functional HR experience
- Proven recruiting expertise within manufacturing; aerospace exposure preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance standards, and accurate recordkeeping practices
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
