Job Requirements and Duties:
- High School Diploma
- 2 plus years of food manufacturing industry experience.
- Previous work experience in food manufacturing industry.
- Documentation of SOPs
- Working knowledge of GMP and HACCP processes.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
- Maintain and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for quality assurance processes.
- Support product development by validating new formulations and ensuring they meet quality benchmarks.
- Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards.
- Participate in internal and external audits as requested.
- Supporting the Quality Department in preparing accurate testing documentation for production runs to meet customer specifications.
- Collaborating with customers and internal teams to provide essential product quality information, including uploading data into customer portals when necessary.
- Monitoring all customer production runs to ensure proper testing and reporting, while compiling relevant data for special projects.
- Assisting the Quality Manager in updating policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality forms to align with customer requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
