CNC Supervisor / Machining Department Lead – 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Work with machining staff to improve production quality and efficiency
• Oversee CNC setup, tooling, fixturing, gaging, programming, and machine operation
• Read and interpret part drawings and GD&T requirements
• Train CNC operators on proper processes and techniques
• Supervise CNC production employees during daily operations
• Maintain production records, quality paperwork, and tool inventory

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• A two‑year engineering‑related degree is preferred
• At least three years of experience working with CNC machines and mechanical tools
• Strong hands-on CNC programming, and setup experience is critical, particularly with Fanuc controls, G-code, and M-code programming,
• Experience with horizontal and vertical machining centers and lathes
• Experience with CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks and Mastercam is preferred
• Forklift operation experience is helpful

Salary: $30/hr.
