Ajax Turner Company is seeking a Relief Sales Rep to add to its Off Premise Sales team in the Middle TN area. Ajax Turner Company is a family owned and operated business located in LaVergne and has been in operation for 60 years. The Company distributes a variety of products including Beer, Non-Alcohol, Wines, and Spirits.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
- Excellent driving record with less than 8 points on record in the last 3 years.
- Valid driver’s license with F endorsement added upon hire date.
- Beverage or consumer products sales experience preferred.
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to stock cooler shelves and stack products.
- Must have an injury and accident-free mentality.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed. Schedule consist of early mornings and not set off time, Monday-Friday.
- Must obtain necessary training requirements as needed.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Functions as the back up and completing the below listed responsibilities for the designated Sales Rep whenever they are out for any reason.
- Calling assigned accounts to increase sales volume, merchandise, monitor prices, and manage shelf space.
- Looking for opportunities to gain new wine, spirits, cocktail menu, and draught tap placements increasing product.
- Working with service reps, merchandisers, leadership, and our customers to maximize sales and merchandising.
- Maintain a superior knowledge of ATCO’s portfolio as well as selling skill techniques (beer, wine, and spirits).
- Managing daily retail inventory levels using sales history, competitive activity, promotional activities, etc.
- Fulfilling pre-established programs and objectives set by management and chain account teams.
- Maintaining published product freshness standards in assigned retail accounts by monitoring and rotating stock.

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
