Job Summary
AJ’s Premier Painting is seeking hardworking and motivated individuals to join our team as Painting Professionals for the summer. In this role, you will deliver high-quality residential painting services while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, caulking, and priming
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
- Complete projects with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
Pay & Benefits
- Performance-based pay (earn based on efficiency and productivity)
- Time-and-a-half pay for overtime (40 hours/week)
- Bonuses available throughout the summer

Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard
- Comfortable working outdoors for 8–10 hours per day in summer conditions
- Comfortable working at heights (2 stories on ladders)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to job sites
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous painting or construction experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
