FedEx Drivers - Ann Arbor

Paid training for FedEx package delivery drivers. Become a professional driver, work independently, and join a team environment. No CDL Required - Only chauffeurs license needed!!

Must be 21 years old to drive for FedEx. Immediate, long-term driver roles available.
Must be able to pass a drug screen for THC

Daily Pay: $170-$200 ($46,000-$57,000 Annually)

Pay Frequency: Weekly (direct deposit)

Daytime Only Shifts:

• Full Time: 5 days/week or more if you prefer
• Part Time: 2- 4 days/ week

Requirements:

• We will train you. Previous truck driving experience is not needed.
• Chauffeur's license (easily acquired)
• DOT Medical Card (we pay for your physical exam)

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to designated locations.
• Load and unload packages, ensuring proper handling and secure placement.
• Follow designated routes and schedules for timely and efficient deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with customers.
• Utilize communication skills to update supervisors on delivery status .
• Adhere to company policies, including maintaining a clean vehicle.

Qualifications:

Successful completion of FedEx approval process to become a qualified driver:

• Must be 21 or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have a clean driving record, and a chauffeur's license
• Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check
• Ability to pass a health physical examination

Other Qualifications:

• Reliable and able to work 2 weekend days per month
• Dedicated to customer satisfaction
• Desire to work in a team-based environment (support one another)
• The ability to safely drive delivery truck in all types of weather conditions.
• Deliver and pick-up packages up to a max of 150 lbs.(most packages are under 25 lbs.). Drivers have access to a dolly to assist with heavier packages.
• Daily routes vary in numbers of deliveries, but expectations are an experienced driver will routinely manage ~120 stops, per day

Interview Process:

• Phone interview
• Drug and background screening
• In-person interview
• Health physical examination (if DOT card needed)
• Road test during 7 day training

Typical Start and End Time:

• 8AM - 5PM
