Must be 21 years old to drive for FedEx. Immediate, long-term driver roles available.
Must be able to pass a drug screen for THC
Daily Pay: $170-$200 ($46,000-$57,000 Annually)
Pay Frequency: Weekly (direct deposit)
Daytime Only Shifts:
- Full Time: 5 days/week or more if you prefer
- Part Time: 2- 4 days/ week

Requirements:
- We will train you. Previous truck driving experience is not needed.
- Chauffeur's license (easily acquired)
- DOT Medical Card (we pay for your physical exam)
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to designated locations.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring proper handling and secure placement.
- Follow designated routes and schedules for timely and efficient deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with customers.
- Utilize communication skills to update supervisors on delivery status .
- Adhere to company policies, including maintaining a clean vehicle.
Qualifications:
Successful completion of FedEx approval process to become a qualified driver:
- Must be 21 or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have a clean driving record, and a chauffeur's license
- Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check
- Ability to pass a health physical examination
Other Qualifications:
- Reliable and able to work 2 weekend days per month
- Dedicated to customer satisfaction
- Desire to work in a team-based environment (support one another)
- The ability to safely drive delivery truck in all types of weather conditions.
- Deliver and pick-up packages up to a max of 150 lbs.(most packages are under 25 lbs.). Drivers have access to a dolly to assist with heavier packages.
- Daily routes vary in numbers of deliveries, but expectations are an experienced driver will routinely manage ~120 stops, per day
Interview Process:

- Road test during 7 day training
Typical Start and End Time:
- 8AM - 5PM
