We are hiring an Entry Level Assistant Manager to provide high quality service and sales solutions to our customers directly. Our Entry Level Assistant Managers focus on customer service, engagement, and sales. The Entry Level Assistant Manager’s primary focus will be on customer needs and satisfaction– our ultimate priority is to bring our customers the highest quality service coverage and product recommendations.
Our company works with Frontier, a fiber optic company that provides high speed internet services nationwide. Being partners with Frontier, our company has been able to see an exponential increase in our clients' customer acquisitions and our company margins by being dedicated to our customers. We are actively seeking to bring on a new Entry Level Assistant Manager that will join our dynamic team!
Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Respond in a timely manner to all customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Manage a list of client customers and their accounts; this includes being able to present services to customers, introduce them to new products available to them, and process any sales orders for devices that meet their needs
- Provide accurate and thorough explanations when confronted with customer requests for clarification in regards to billing policies and service expectations
- Stay up to date on all new client products, services, upgrade deals and promotions to continue to provide the most accurate and relevant information in sales interactions
- Work closely with other Entry Level Assistant Managers as well as senior management to resolve issues in a collaborative environment
Entry Level Assistant Manager Position Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, sales and/or manager role prior
- Proactive to be able to answer customer inquiries in a time solution
- Solution-oriented with a passion for helping others
- Ability to overcome objections and handle complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
- Capacity to multi-task and demonstrate time management skills in a fast-paced workplace
- Team oriented individuals with a desire to collaborate, as well as an ability to act independently
- An outstanding passion for working with customers and wanting to provide effective answers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,100.00 per month
