Key Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
• Appear for virtual and in-person court appearances
• Draft and argue motions
• Conduct and defend depositions

Requirements

• Active New York State Bar admission (required)
• Federal Bar admission (SDNY and/or EDNY) preferred
• Prior experience in insurance defense, general liability, municipal torts, and/or civil rights litigation
