A well-established and growing New York insurance defense litigation firm is seeking attorneys with experience in general liability, automobile, labor law, municipal tort liability, and/or civil rights litigation to join its expanding team.
With more than 70 years of history in the New York market, this mid-size firm offers the rare combination of institutional stability, sophisticated litigation work, and hands-on attorney development—making it an excellent platform for attorneys looking to build real courtroom experience while maintaining work-life flexibility.
Why This Firm?

- Remote Flexibility
- Remote work is permitted, providing balance and autonomy while remaining integrated into a collaborative litigation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Appear for virtual and in-person court appearances
- Draft and argue motions
