What You'll Do
- Build end-to-end AI applications.
- Develop backend services and modern web applications.
- Integrate LLMs, AI agents and automation workflows.
- Ship product features from idea to production.
- Help shape the technical roadmap and engineering culture as the team grows.
What We're Looking For
- Strong software engineering experience using Python or TypeScript.
- Demonstrated experience taking products or major features from concept through to production.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup or owning a greenfield initiative within a larger engineering organisation.
- Exposure to LLMs, AI products, or modern AI tooling.
- Enjoys autonomy, solving ambiguous problems, and wearing multiple hats.
