Server / Bartender

Aiyara Thai Cuisine is seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable Servers/Bartenders to join our team. We are a family-oriented Thai restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional food, outstanding service, and a welcoming dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverages
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (Bartender)
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Process payments and operate POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
Qualifications
- Previous serving or bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of Thai food and Asian cuisine is strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Open availability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification preferred for bartenders
- Food Handler Card required or ability to obtain one
Schedule & Availability
- Part-time positions only
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule
