Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Office Equipment Technician for a full-time, on-site role in St. Louis, MO. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of office equipment. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, routine maintenance expertise, and the ability to deliver excellent technical support while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair office equipment such as copiers, printers, scanners, fax machines, postage meters, and shredders.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
- Provide technical support and training to clients as needed.
- Integrate office equipment with network systems when required.
- Ensure timely and professional service delivery to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (copiers, printers, scanners, fax machines, postage meters, shredders).
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Basic networking knowledge to support equipment integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in electronics or a related field is a plus.
