Job Description:
Designing engines using computer-aided design (CAD) tools
Applying principles of thermodynamics, mechanics, and materials science in engine design
Analyzing engine specifications and performance data
Conducting experimental tests on engines and analyzing the data
Modifying and refining engine designs based on testing results
Collaborating with other engineers and teams to integrate the engine into the overall design of the vehicle or machine
Ensuring engine designs meet environmental, safety, quality, and cost objectives
