Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Oversight: Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations, ensuring equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and evaluate maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external contractors and service providers to secure high-quality services and materials for maintenance projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in maintenance management, preferably in hotel or apartment settings, with a proven track record of overseeing maintenance operations and leading teams.
