Location: Full Time / 100% Remote (United States)

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for our open positions. This role involves access to candidate personal information and hiring records. A background check is required for all talent acquisition positions.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and direct outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
• Track recruiting metrics and report on hiring pipeline progress weekly
  
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable managing a high volume of candidate interactions simultaneously
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• No prior recruiting experience required — full training provided
