- Meet daily and weekly enrollment completion targets
- Ensure all data handling complies with privacy and compliance requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication skills and patient, helpful demeanor
- Comfortable collecting sensitive personal and financial information
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and credit screening
- No prior enrollment experience required — full training provided
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
