- Respond to client inquiries related to account balances, transactions, and products
- Access and update client account information accurately during each interaction
- Process account changes, transfers, and service requests
- Educate clients on available financial products and services
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM
- Escalate complex account issues to senior representatives or compliance teams
- High school diploma required; bachelor degree preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable accessing and discussing client financial information
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and credit screening
- No prior financial services experience required — comprehensive paid training
- Must be a US resident authorized to work in the United States
