Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and accurately enter data from multiple internal and external sources into company databases and spreadsheets
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly summary reports using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or internal reporting tools
- Identify data inconsistencies, gaps, or anomalies and flag them for supervisor review with clear documentation
- Maintain organized and up-to-date digital records across multiple databases and file systems
- Collaborate with team leads to define key metrics, build tracking templates, and streamline reporting workflows
- Support management with data-driven summaries and insights to assist in operational decision-making
- Assist with audits, reconciliations, and data quality checks on a scheduled basis
- Meet daily data entry accuracy and productivity targets as set by the team
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor degree in a related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets with a strong understanding of data organization
- Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfortable working with large data sets and maintaining consistency across multiple files
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and credit screening
- No prior analyst experience required — comprehensive paid training is provided
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
