Other duties may be assigned:
- Analyzes production forecasts and adjusts production plan.
- Develop mass production schedule for raw materials.
- Set up supplier delivery schedules to maintain JIT inventory.
- Develop processes & action plans to improve inventory accuracies.
- Communicates effectively to all stakeholders in the supply chain (plant personnel, management, customers, suppliers).
- Active member of current product team.
- Some travel may be required.
- Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Self-starter with drive for improvement a must, with a mindset to think “outside the box” - develop and implement new ideas to benefit members/company.
- Ability to communicate with customers and suppliers, as well as ADI Interdepartmental members.
- Capable of presenting ideas, in both verbal & written presentation formats – to Executive Management.
- Ability to calculate mathematical computations.
- Ability to gather facts, analyze data, make decisions, coordinate implementation plan, & ensure completion of plan.
- Strong background in O365 Applications (Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Create, summarize, and report monthly activities (production planning, forecasting, etc.) – utilizing industry standard reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableu, etc…)
- Ability to recognize changes to product drawings.
- Ability to learn and work proficiently in customer portals and interface systems.
- Ability to learn and work proficiently in Oracle Enterprise/Fusion Systems (current experience a plus).
- Knowledge of EDI systems and communications (preferred).
- Ability to perform occasional lifting and ergonomic movements (i.e. – twisting, turning, reaching, bending).
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred (not required) in Math, Economics, or Business, or an Associate degree with equivalent work experience (2-4 years) in a high-volume production environment.
- Experience in ordering, receiving, and follow up delivery in manufacturing environment.
