π To re-engage with customers and reignite their interest in our HVAC solutions by offering impeccable follow-up service and addressing their unique comfort needs.
What will you do?
- π Reach out to customers whose sales did not close, understand their concerns, and offer tailored HVAC solutions.
- π Respond to incoming messages from our automated sales follow-up process promptly and professionally.
- π‘ Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine our processes and improve the customer experience.
