Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Radon Mitigation Technician to join our team. We will train the right person. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing radon mitigation systems in residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. This role requires a strong background in construction and being very handy as well as a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Duties
- Install radon mitigation systems according to established guidelines and protocols.
- Conduct thorough assessments of properties to determine radon levels and necessary mitigation measures.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of work areas post-installation to ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively in the installation process.
- engage in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each project.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding the mitigation process and any additional services that may be required.
Experience
- Previous experience in the restoration/ construction industry is highly desirable. we will train the right person.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant and comfortable using ladders in construction and installation tasks.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
