Role Description
The Teaching Assistant at Airshine Music School will support instructors in delivering engaging music classes and lessons, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing materials, setting up and organizing classrooms, assisting with group activities, and providing individualized support to learners as directed by the lead teacher. The role involves helping with classroom management, encouraging student participation, and supporting rehearsals, recitals, and special events. This is a part-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA, requiring availability during after-school hours, evenings, and some weekends as scheduled.
Qualifications
- Ability to assist with instructional activities and classroom support, demonstrating strong Assistant Teaching and Education skills.
