Airshare is seeking a highly motivated IT Intern to gain hands-on exposure within an enterprise technology environment. This role is designed as a mentorship-focused, project-oriented experience that provides insight into IT strategy, systems, and leadership—rather than traditional helpdesk support. The role is based at Airshare’s Corporate Headquarters in Overland Park, KS (on-site; not remote or hybrid).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Shadow IT leadership to observe enterprise decision-making, planning, and cross-functional collaboration
- Gain exposure to system architecture, integrations, and IT governance practices
- Support research, note-taking, and synthesis of key topics across technology initiatives
- Assist with organizing project materials, tracking action items, and summarizing key takeaways
- Learn how IT supports core business functions, including Operations, Maintenance, Finance, and Marketing
- Contribute to light, structured deliverables such as summaries, process documentation, or analysis
Qualified candidates must be a Junior pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related field.
- Strong critical thinking, curiosity, and ability to connect technical concepts to business outcomes
- Excellent communication, organization, and note-taking skills
