This role offers hands-on, project-based experience and exposure to HR strategy, compensation, rewards and recognition, and employee experience. The role is based at Airshare’s Corporate Headquarters in Overland Park, KS (on-site; not remote or hybrid).

Essential Duties
- Learn Airshare’s business, culture, and how HR partners with leaders and employees
- Support the design of a rewards and recognition framework aligned with Airshare’s culture
- Conduct compensation market research and summarize key insights
- Assist in developing a clear HR roadmap that connects priorities, timing, and execution
- Help design and finalize an intern satisfaction survey and recommended approach
- Prepare project summaries and present recommendations to HR leadership
