AirQuest Aviation is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative for their office in Butler, PA.
We're seeking an organized, motivated person who performs well in a fast-paced setting and enjoys customer-facing work.
About the Role: We are a busy FBO, aircraft maintenance facility, charter service and flight training facility serving general aviation and corporate executive-level clients. We are seeking an experienced full-time Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:
- Greet customers and deliver exceptional customer service
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
- Provide administrative support to corporate management
- Handle scheduling, invoicing, and concierge services (hotels, car rentals, directions, local attractions)
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools efficiently
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Professional phone skills
- TFBO software experience a plus
- Associate's Degree preferred
- 2 years of relevant experience
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday
- Occasional bending, stretching, twisting, squatting, or kneeling

This is a Safety Sensitive Position requiring work in a heavy manufacturing facility with various safety hazards which are potentially life-threatening to the employee. This position may require working at heights, around heavy equipment, and under constantly changing circumstances. This position will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies due to these safety risks.
