In this role, you’ll be a crucial part of our team, with a primary focus on the full employee hiring cycle and ensuring our employee files and certifications are meticulously tracked to maintain compliance with state regulations. We're looking for someone who is passionate about people and ready to take on a variety of responsibilities, including finding and onboarding great new team members, supporting managers with HR topics, and actively contributing to a fantastic company culture.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and hiring to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee files, both digital and physical, including all necessary paperwork.
- Track employee certifications and licenses, such as food permits and MAST permits, to ensure continuous state compliance.
- Oversee employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and thorough integration into the company culture.
- Support managers in the performance management process by sending out timely reminders for upcoming employee evaluations.
- Maintain HRIS systems for accurate data entry and reporting on employee information.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA regulations, and other relevant policies.
- Collaborate with department heads on training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of human capital management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with systems for efficient recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organizations.
- Ability to manage projects related to talent management and organizational development.
- Experience in social media management for employer branding initiatives.
- Understanding of QuickBooks and payroll systems.
