Job Summary
SLA Worldwide is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Store Maintenance Associates (Floaters) to support the daily upkeep, cleanliness, and organization of our HBCU/1920 locations. This role will assist with maintaining a clean, presentable, and welcoming store environment while supporting daily operational needs as assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including sales floors, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Assist with general store upkeep, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and removing trash.
- Organize merchandise, supplies, and storage areas as needed.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or items needing repair.
- Provide support across designated locations or departments as needed.
- Perform other general maintenance and operational duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items as required.
- Previous retail, housekeeping, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
Pay: $18.00 - $18.54 per hour
