Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our WHEATON TOBACCO CLOUD location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchasing needs. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced vape store environment.
Duties:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding the right products and provide product knowledge
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Restock merchandise to ensure availability for customers
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date on current promotions, sales, and company policies
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of technology products is desirable
- Previous experience in product demonstrations is an advantage
- Bilingual proficiency is highly valued
Weekly Availability:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Additional Preferences:
- Spanish-speaking is a plus.
