This is a full-time, on-site position for a Project Estimator located in Tempe, AZ. The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets for architectural signage projects. Duties include analyzing project requirements, coordinating with clients and internal teams, developing cost breakdowns, and contributing to overall project planning to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Experience in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under deadlines
- Proficiency with estimation software and tools is a plus
- Prior experience in construction or signage industries is beneficial
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or a related field is preferred
