We are seeking a hands-on Inside Sales & Warehouse Operations Associate to support both customer-facing sales activity and day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys working both at a desk and on the floor—helping customers, managing orders, and supporting inventory and shipping processes. This position plays a key role in ensuring orders move efficiently from quote to shipment while maintaining accuracy across systems, inventory, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales & Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, lead times, and order status via phone and email
- Prepare and manage quotes and sales orders using online platforms and internal ERP systems
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate products based on their needs and applications
- Coordinate with vendors to source materials and expedite orders when required
- Partner with outside sales representatives to support account activity and maintain strong customer relationships
Warehouse & Operations Support
- Assist with day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping as needed
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, adjustments, and product verification
- Help resolve issues related to shipping, receiving, and order discrepancies
- Monitor shared warehouse communications and respond to urgent operational needs
- Process RMAs (returns) and assist with general order issue resolution
Quality & Process Support
- Assist with order-related documentation including certifications (COC/COO), labeling, and inspection requirements
- Support non-conformance (NC) handling and basic quality processes
- Help troubleshoot inventory, invoicing, and logistics issues across departments
- Provide basic support for internal systems and warehouse tools (ERP, scanners, shipping stations, etc.)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, warehouse, or operations support preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn product lines
