An excellent career opportunity is currently available for an entry-level Client Payroll Specialist local to the Aires Pittsburgh, PA office.
This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your accounting experience to carry out the client tax reporting and payroll process to ensure accurate reporting to client payroll.
Position Responsibilities
- Reviews all transferee data to ensure proper tax treatment.
- Prepares and sends wage request and payroll reports on time.
- Confirms accuracy of all data in client reporting.
- Reconciles all data with client payroll each reporting period.
- Processes year-end updates for all clients, and provides accurate tax reports to all transferees
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- 1-2 years of accounting and tax experience preferred, will consider internship experience as well
- Experience with accounting software processes
