As a Group Home Manager, you’ll provide direct support to residents while supervising a team of caregivers. This is more than a job—it’s the first step in a meaningful career path where you’ll grow, learn, and positively impact lives every day.
✅ What You’ll Do
- Supervise, coach, and support staff members
- Provide hands-on care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Oversee daily operations of the group home
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Collaborate with families, staff, and professionals to ensure quality care
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 21 years old with a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify as a company driver
- Ability to pass background checks and complete paid training
- Physical ability to safely lift and transfer up to 40 lbs.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency
