As a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher, you will be the friendly, professional voice our customers rely on. You'll manage incoming calls, schedule service appointments, dispatch technicians, and help keep daily operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and care
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians
- Manage work orders and follow up with customers
- Support sales and marketing initiatives
- Monitor maintenance schedules and warranty information
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly technician schedules
- Collaborate with management to meet team goals
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Positive attitude with strong phone and customer service skills
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
- Team player who can also work independently
